The Primary Health Network is offering free Active Living exercise classes starting at the 4cs on Monday 28th August at 10 am... suitable for people with stable chronic lung conditions or heart failure. Exercise in a friendly environment with people with similar needs, maintain and improve your fitness and build you confidence.
