Funding
Canterbury City Community Centre is funded by:
- a combination of grants from Local, State and Federal government bodies;
- donations;
- membership and client fees;
- sales;
- fund raising.
Our main funding bodies are:
- The Australian Government Department of Employment Education and Workplace Relations;
- NSW Department of Human Services, Ageing, Disability and Home Care (ADHC) under the Home and Community Care (HACC) program, and;
- NSW Dept of Human Services, Community Services under the Community Services Grant Program (CSGP).
Other funding and support is received from:
- Canterbury City Council;
- Leichhardt Council;
- Canterbury CDSE Scheme;
Donations and Bequests
As a Charitable Organisation all Donations to the Centre are tax deductible. You may also choose to remember the Centre in your will. The generosity of many members of our community ensures we can continue to provide our much needed services.
