What If I Am Not Happy With The Service Provided?

We aim to provide a high quality service, so we would like to know if you have any concerns with the service we provide. We welcome complaints or suggestions because it helps us provide a better service.

Your service will not be stopped if you complain.

If you have a concern firstly raise it with the relevant member of staff who will try to resolve matters to your satisfaction. If this is not possible or you are still not happy and wish to complain talk to the Co-ordinator at the Centre. Often problems can be sorted out quickly through discussion and negotiation. If the problem is not solved, the next step is to put your complaint in writing to the Management Committee. The Committee will consider your complaint at its next monthly meeting and will let you know its decision within two weeks.

If we have not been able to solve the problem contact the Community Services Commission on (02) 9384 4999. All help from the Commission is free.
