Fair Food Fit Families

 

Fair Food Fit Families is an 18 month project working with families in Lakemba and Wiley Park to improve their health!

 

Outcomes will include:

  • increased knowledge and use of healthy food and physical activities
  • increased choice and availability of healthy food
  • an expanded pool of trained workers in local schools and organisations to continue these initiatives
  • establishment of exercise and walking groups
  • build relationships among local residents and provide ongoing support for those who suffer social isolation
